We are looking to employ a very well organised Hotel Administrator to support the owner and the hotel administration function.

This is a new position and would suit someone with methodical approach and a mature disposition. Someone that can take the on tasks and are dedicated to hitting deadlines.

You would be required to have a very good understanding of Microsoft Office Packages.

Personal Assistant to Mrs Potter

General Office Administration

Conference & Event Bookings

Conference & Event Contracts & Payments

Complaint Handing - Resolution

Human Resources - with assistance from external Consultants

Hours: Monday to Friday to be discussed

Dress code: Formal Suit

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
