**More about your role**

We are currently seeking a part time Office Administrator to join our Central Support Team.

Reporting to the Business Development Support Manager you will be a confident and proactive person who is highly organised, a strong communicator and team player with an ability to multitask and hit the ground running. In addition, you will also have excellentworking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint).

Given some of the information you will be handling is sensitive and confidential you will be expected to also act and work with utmost discretion at all times.

Your role will support with the following business functions including:

- Managing company post and deliveries including opening and scanning post received and distributing to the relevant departments
- Ordering Office / Printing supplies (toners and stationery) as required
- Logging maintenance calls with our office landlord
- Logging maintenance calls and regular servicing with the printer lease company
- Monitoring Company CSR and reporting on outcomes to our Group Parent Company
- Supporting the Business Development Support Manager with the drafting and execution of sub-tenancy leases at our leisure centres
- Monitoring and Logging Insurance Claims and Notifications
- Raising purchase requisitions for central support office orders and paying invoices where relevant
- Ensuring the renewal of premise, Ofcom and public entertainment licenses annually
- Supporting with other business projects as required.

**More about you**

You will work with the Business Development Team, Finance Director, People Team and other internal and external teams and stakeholders.

This is a permanent part-time role of 25 hours per week working Monday - Friday but a compressed working week will also be considered.
