A great opportunity to work at our offices based in beautiful Camberley. The role will begin as part-time but could go full-time if the business requires it, so we require someone who can be flexible for that possibility.
As the role is part-time we require a driven person that will must be in the office on Wednesdays and Fridays, the third day we can be flexible on the other days (Mon/Tue/Thur).
This role is pro-rata, until it becomes full-time which could happen in the near future.

**About The Role**:
As a Payroll Administrator you will be ensuring multiple client payrolls are paid accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be performing key admin functions for the company amongst others within the payroll team. You will be responsible for liaisingwith clients and third-party providers.
**Duties**
- Preparing payroll data and ensuring weekly payrolls are processed accurately and on time
- Invoicing clients
- Sending weekly reports to HMRC -Filing FPS and EPS returns.
- Ensuring all Account Details are kept up to date including Tax Code changes/ Pensions & Student Loans
- Processing P60’s & P45’s
- Processing attachment of earning payments (where necessary)
- Process BACS payments.
- Set up new starters, ensuring the correct documentation is received to comply with Home Office legislation
- Recording and calculating SSP. SMP, SSP SHPP etc

- Proactive, self-motivated with accountability
- Numerical proficiency
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prioritisation skills and the ability to switch from one task to another are also key competencies.
- Strong administrative skills and a good work ethic.
- Good MS Excel skills
- To understand/ experience using Tax Codes/ Payroll Processes (Desirable, not essential)
