Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator and HR Assistant for our client based in Camberley.

**Role**:Administrator and HR Assistant

**Location**:Camberley

**Salary**: £22k - £24k

**The Role**:

- Answer the phone and welcome visitors
- Input the purchasing orders and process the supplier's invoices
- Prepare and send the daily statistics to the managers
- Prepare and send the invoices to the customers
- Deal with the production recruitment and induction
- Set up new employees on our HR system and check their attendance
- Liaise with the HR/accounts department for confidential request as new contracts, holiday statement, wages checking and employee details update
- Friendly, approachable, and welcoming
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- A supportive team player
- Good telephone manner
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
