At Booz Allen, you'll use your personal experience, training, certifications, and good judgment to build solutions in support of critical DoD collection priorities.

As a HUMINT Targeting Officer, you'll bring your targeting and analytical expertise to directly improve critical operational outcomes for our Defense mission clients. You'll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings that have a direct impact on the ability of our warfighters and policy makers to advance the defense interests of the United States.

**You Have:'¯**
- 3+ years of experience with national-level HUMINT targeting, including strategic HUMINT targeting for operational HUMINT collectors
- Experience in computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, Pathfinder, M3, Analyst Notebook, or Palantir
- Experience with HUMINT collection capabilities and target development strategies against prioritized regional and transnational target sets
- Ability to create network diagrams using Palantir or Analyst Notebook
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, World History, or Regional History
- Ability to complete a national-level HUMINT Targeting course 60 days before start date

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
