**We are a unique Marketing Firm seeking an experienced Marketing Executive.**

Our marketing business was established in 2014. We’re unique in our approach and this value has resulted in fantastic customer retention over the years and great customer relations.

Websites
- Be able to work with clients to understand their online needs and how this translates into web design
- Understand how a website is structured in terms of page hierarchy and user journey
- WIX experience -not necessary but bonus
- WordPress experience -not necessary but bonus
- Creative flair for design
- Understand how to build/structure websites when SEO is a requirement
- Knowledge of Google analytics with the ability to understand results and implement a plan to drive growth.
- Understand how SEO works in relation to a website: Meta tags, descriptions, title tags, ALT tags etc
- Translate SEO audits and results into action points for website improvement
- Be able to write articles/blogs/content pieces for SEO function

Social Media
- Understand the reporting and how to analyse activity to better improve results from posts
- Creative eye for video and graphics

Marketing
- Need a good level of experience in marketing
- Be able to analyse results from marketing activity and understand how to translate these into meaningful actions for future marketing activity or to explain what has and hasn’t worked to a client

General
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Confident holding client meetings in person, remotely & over the phone
- Comfortable working with a small team
- Happy operating with clients in a range of industries from hospitality, to legal, medical and finance
- Have a good eye for design both for web and print
- Some experience in financials to understand how to cost projects would be beneficial
- Ability to multi-task and juggle several projects and accounts on a daily basis - essential
- Experience with Adobe suite advantageous

IMMEDIATE START

Full time, office based position Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Annual Salary negotiable, depending on experience
