This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s expansion across Belgium while building strong customer relationships and driving sales in Europe.If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the Nutra ingredients / Nutraceuticals industry and are looking for an exciting new challenge, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and manage key customer relationships across Europe- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the European Head of Sales.- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall company goals- Engage regularly with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention- Develop tailored product proposals and solutions for clients, in collaboration with internal teams- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, such as exhibitions, client visits, and product demonstrations- Collaborate with operations to maximize sales margins and optimise costs- Represent the company’s values and uphold its high standards in all customer interactionsThe Candidate:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the Nutra ingredients / Nutraceuticals industry- Strong understanding of the European market dynamics and customer base- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively- Fluency in English and at least one other European language is preferredThe Package:- Competitive salary circa €85, with performance-based bonus- Company car or car allowance- Flexible home office arrangement with travel for client visits and events- Supportive, dynamic work environment- Employee Assistance Programme- Quick decision-making processes that allow you to drive results
