Four Squared Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a Chartered Accountants in the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Executive to support the businesses growth plans.

The ideal person will have previous experience gained in a recruitment agency specialising in practice or have worked in the resourcing team of an Accountancy or Law practice. If you are an individual with a passion for finding high calibre talent, we wouldlove to hear from you.

The role includes:

- Working closely with managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity and skilled communications with managers and staff.
- Stay updated with current job boards, social networks such as LinkedIn and other platforms to find talent, plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
- Identify and build relationships with external resourcing business partners to develop and execute advanced staffing strategies to ensure we attract top talent.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment - in house or agency.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Solid sense of accountability and personal judgment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and online exploration.
- Understanding of job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and management systems.
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, in person etc.)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to work for a marketing leading, innovative growing local business. Ideally this is a part time role, however the client can be flexible with hours.
