Amazon is looking to hire a leader to join the EU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Strategy team. The role will help develop and execute the DSP strategy for the EU market. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across both internal stakeholders and with DSPs to improve the Amazon customer experience.

This role will act as the STL for multiple high-profile projects across the EU DSP business in areas including; labor model, product offering, regulation and expansion. It will partner with stakeholders in both AMZL leadership and the WW DSP product teams to design and deploy a strategy that ensures our DSP program is built to enable the long-term scalability of AMZL. They will establish relationships across a complex matrixed environment and drive consensus across leadership on the strategic path forward for the program in the EU. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the rapidly growing Amazon Logistics organization. The Last Mile (LM) is a highly visible program internally and with our customers.

This role is focused on the Think Big, Earns Trust, Dive Deep and Deliver Results leadership principles. With the ability to navigate ambiguity, use data to define a roadmap, and an interest in product and technology development all being key to success.

Key job responsibilities
- Act as the STL for multiple high-profile projects across the EU DSP business in areas including labor model, product offering, regulation and expansion - partnering with stakeholders in both AMZL leadership and the WW DSP product teams.
- Stay ahead of market developments in the EU delivery space, and use this deep expertise as an input to help craft the EU DSP Strategy specifically considering - our operating and labor model, expansion goals and sustainability ambitions.
- Partnering with our colleagues in the WW DSP team to help evolve the DSP program and adapt it to the nuances of the EU region.
- Track market and regulatory developments in the LM space across the EU, capturing the Risk and Opportunities in both new and existing geographies, helping to influence AMZL’s expansion roadmap.
- Earn trust across multiple internal Amazon teams (finance, legal, corporate development, operations and tech) to achieve your goals.

MBA and/or advanced degree in mathematics, economics, or a technical discipline.

Experience in product, programs or operations management within the logistics industry.

Superior verbal and written communications skills.
