The EU Fleet Finance team partners closely with global cross-functional business and tech teams to support this rapidly expanding business; driving controllership, innovation, sustainability through electrification of fleet, productivity, and cost-effective operations across the network in a fast paced environment. Key job responsibilities - Provide strategic financial challenge and consultancy, translating operational solves into clear financial outputs identifying the lowest cost solve through creating innovative financial and commercial structures that support and deliver Fleet and AMZL business strategy - Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability - Drives EU and Worldwide (WW) alignment and owns communication of progress to senior management. - Identify business risks and opportunities in year. Evaluate impact, propose changes, implement improvements with business to remediate gaps and create mechanisms and reporting to improve performance. - Building and owning relationships with wider Amazon group companies and departments.
