At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth - including how we fulfil and deliver customer orders. The goal of Amazon’s Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Management Team is to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible. To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class experience through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the last mile delivery space. We are looking for a Learning Experience Manager for our EU Amazon Last Mile team.

You will also lead the development of standards, best practices and templates for learning through our LMS and beyond.

You should bring a background of implementing L&D programs alongside a data-obsessed approach to learning evaluation, leveraging metrics metrics and globally accepted feedback mechanisms to quantify the impact of learning and measure the success of learning programs. Functional skills should span the learning design lifecycle and include, but not be restricted to rubric and skills matrix design, storyline and ID development, e-learning creation, LMS administration skills, as well as the ability to lead on content templates and ID best practices. Experience collaborating and leading on projects cross-functionally with demanding stakeholders and working efficiently across geos and time zones is critical.
