Role/Responsibilities
**The Role**
The team is the go-to resource for help with learning experience design and the production of learning-related assets At a high level, the LXD’s role will be two-fold: (i) work with internal stakeholders to develop impactful learning programs and solutions across multiple modalities to drive business outcomes, and (ii) produce creative learning content in support of such programs as well as execute requests for the production of digital content in support of learning needs that emanate directly from business units.
Working in a highly collaborative environment, the LXD will be a passionate professional who will partner with business unit stakeholders to design and develop innovative learning solutions for a broad variety of use cases. This role is multifaceted and requires planning & organization, creativity and proficiency in multiple multimedia tools and techniques including video and eLearning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with a broad range of business unit stakeholders
- Confirm stakeholder and/or learner needs through discovery meetings and learning needs assessments
- Help stakeholders articulate and scope the overall purpose, goals and learning objectives to drive business outcomes
- Identify, engage, collaborate with and manage external learning solutions partners, if applicable
- Design and produce storyboards, narration scripts and action scripts as foundations for individual learning assets
- Design, record, produce and edit a broad range of digital content incl. motion capture, video, audio and eLearnings
- Design and produce exercises, tutorials, job aids, assessments, user guides and similar content
- Structure, curate and create curricula, playlists and learning paths leveraging both internal and external content
- Design, implement and analyse measures to gauge learning effectiveness
- Perform project and program management from inception through to completion
- Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Adapt to changing business needs and deliver work products on time
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning experience design, graphic design, multimedia technologies or similar
- Min of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services organization or with a focus on software and technology
- Proven experience with industry-standard learning authoring tools incl. Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, Photoshop
- Experience with learning management systems and/or other content delivery platforms (e.g., publishing courseware)
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools (Confluence, Sharepoint, Miro, Trello Jira)
- Strong MS Powerpoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Strong customer (stakeholder) focus with a consultative and service-oriented approach
- Effective oral communicator and presenter
- Excellent written communication skills - concise and structured. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text as well as audio and video scripts
- Highly collaborative with strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and on several projects concurrently
- Ability to meet deliverables within tight deadlines and handle changing priorities
