**About the role and team**
The Learning Experience Designer will oversee learning projects and course deliverables, partnering with a virtual team of topic experts, Learning & Development HR partners, creative designers and LMS partners to design and deliver learning experiences end to end.
Your day might consist of virtual creative collaboration sessions, alignment with key stakeholders, asset design and creation, measuring effectiveness of our training and more. You will also do independent research on topics and concepts important to our customers and internal Adformers, and partner with other topic experts to co-design learning programs.

**Your responsibilities**
- Collaborate with topic experts, stakeholders, and specialist teams to design and develop learning projects for online, hybrid and in-person learning experiences.
- Use eLearning authoring tools to build online learning experiences that include assessments, interactive activities, animated videos, graphics and images, and text-based content.
- Manage the creation (copywriting and editing) of training materials, ensuring materials meet sufficient standards before they move to final proofing step by Editor.
- Ensure training materials align with any systems capabilities, work practically, and meet expectations for intended audience (fulfil the brief)
- Stay up to date on developments in learning science, learning design, and learning technologies.
- Provide consultation to support teams and end customers for the Learning Management System administration and record control of training information to ensure accurate learning plans/histories and availability of current training materials.
- Generate LMS reports and/or supply learning data to key stakeholders for data analysis.
- Proactively set and complete deliverables to agreed business timelines, managing stakeholder expectations.

**We expect you**
- Have a Graduate degree in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or equivalent experience in a similar field or role
- Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles
- Have experience in designing online instructional activities to support adult learners in online instruction and familiarity with online learning technology (e.g., Intellum, Evolve, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate or similar)
- Experience in LMS administration, organization, and data reporting
- Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results
- Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders and working in a cross-functional team
- Experience measuring and reporting on business impact of training initiatives
- It would be an advantage if you have: _
- Experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities (virtual, hands-on/experiential, instructor led, remote classroom, synchronous/asynchronous) for a variety of audiences
- Experience creating digital assets and interactives (e.g. imagery, illustrations, simulations, animated video, etc.)
- Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate
- Experience handling and interpreting complicated data sets.
