**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a key role within our organisation, requiring strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and leadership qualities.
**Duties**:
Managing a selection of key customer accounts, first line of communication, order and orderbook control along with liaising between manufacturing and other key stakeholders.
With assistance from the admin team, ensure external customer orders and queries are raised on the ERP system.
Liaise between internal and external customers to allow a smooth transfer of accurate information
Generate orders, or other work as required
Review and control customer orderbooks
Liaise between departments to generate accurate orderbook data to feedback to the customers
Handle customer issues professionally and escalate problems where necessary
**Experience**:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role Knowledge of SAP, CRM ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse data and make strategic recommendations
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Manufacturing experience required
Hours: 07.00 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday and 07.00 to 12.00 Friday, 39 hours per week.
