1. Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budget. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

2. Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and products required for the event.

3. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Provide regular budget updates to clients and management.

4. Venue Selection and Logistics: Identify and secure suitable event venues, taking into consideration factors such as capacity, location, accessibility, and cost. Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodation, audiovisual equipment, and catering.

6. Event Execution: Oversee all aspects of event setup, including decor, signage, seating arrangements, and audiovisual requirements. Coordinate event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event operations.

7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and obtain necessary permits and licenses.

8. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback from clients and attendees, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare event reports summarizing key metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications:
