Regional Meetings Coordinator at the Asia Leaders SeriesAbout UsThe Europe Asia Company is the Swiss-headquartered company behind the Asia Leaders Series - a private, invitation-only forum which facilitates dialogue between the owners and chairpersons of the largest companies in Europe and Asia. Our business is to convene pivotal meetings between leaders from both regions to foster meaningful dialogue on geopolitical, economic, and business-critical themes. This is a pivotal hybrid role within our growing, dynamic, high-performing team driving the series' expansion across Asia. The company is in a build-out phase.Key ResponsibilitiesThis position involves international travel, leading the coordination of the Asia Leaders Series Regional Meetings in London, Zurich, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Shanghai, with a view to doubling the number of cities within-which we operate over the course of the next 24 months..Leading the coordination and delivery of high-stake meetings globallyStandardising event formats, logistics & processes across locationsBuilding relationships with venues, vendors, and local partners in each cityManaging budgets, contracts, and financial oversight for eventsWorking with tech team to implementing new automated workflowsTracking projects, deadlines, and KPIs related to event deliverySupporting the CEO and Chief of Staff to continually outperformRequired Skills & Character TraitsWe are seeking a highly self-driven, detail-oriented, reliable professional who can further elevate our standards and continually outperform under pressure while handling a complex scope of international meetings.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProven track record in high-level events in international marketsStrong experience in event logistics and deliveryExcellent team leadership and people management skillsSkilled in vendor, venue, and partner negotiations across jurisdictionsHighly organised with ability to design workflows for growthExceptional problem-solving in international contextsHunger to thrive in a fast-paced, global environmentDeeply committed to seeing Europe and Asia integrate economicallyBachelor's degree; Entrepreneurial background a strong advantageHow to ApplyThis is a demanding job, suitable only for the most committed, dedicated and curious individuals who are ready to dive into a global project, embarking on a 3-5 year period of intensive personal and professional growth.
