**As the Event Coordinator Intern you will be the main point of contact for the event leads, supporting with building the AOClub community and brand. You will be highly organised, enjoy working autonomously, keen to take full ownership of the role as you work proactively to plan training events. This role will involve occasional evening and weekend working to support events.**:

- Support Event Director with administration
- Be the main point of contact for the Event Leads
- Coordinating AOClub events and training activities including webinars
- Brief the Events Manager and Marketing team on venues, equipment, catering etc. required for events, and stay in close contact to ensure everything is on track. Communicate clearly with speakers, requesting equipment and materials required to plan the event
- Manage all bookings and payments
- Liaising with delegates, suppliers and marketing to fully book all courses, creating a checklist of activities to promote events
- Create time plan and annual calendar for course dates, liaise with marketing to create course flyers with booking link and help to promote
- Attend all regional events to take registrations, organise and introduce speakers if required, and take photos for social media
- Be the point of contact before and during the event regarding logistics only

- Fluent both in Mandarin and English
- Proactive, intuitive, and curious
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to specific timeframes
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail, taking pride in the outcome of your work
- Happy to work across a diverse range of teams and responsibilities
- Happy to work on a flexible basis including evenings and weekends
- Happy to attend events across the country whenever necessary
