Everyone needs some help showing up as their best self. Let our Talent team know if you need any adjustments throughout the process in whatever way works best for you.

Job Description

As a key member of our Corporate Communications team, our Internal Communications and Events Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering impactful activities that excite, engage, and inform our ASOSers. You're someone who doesn't just love a good story, you know how to spot one, shape it, and share it in a way that connects with internal audiences. You thrive on building relationships across teams and can turn your hand to writing comms that truly land.

But you're also someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done. Whether it's prepping products for showcases, loading content onto our screens, setting up rooms, or making sure the catering's sorted, you're always ready to dive in and make sure every event runs smoothly. You're hands-on, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

In this role, you'll work across the full Corporate Communications team to help drive collaboration, connection, and real impact — always looking for ways to make things run smarter and more efficiently.

The Details

  • Create standout internal events that connect, engage, and inspire ASOS employees.
  • Bring ASOS culture to life through events that inform and energise teams across the business.
  • Work proactively and independently, generating ideas and driving initiatives forward.
  • Deliver impactful experiences, from company-wide town halls to internal Face + Body showcases.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Tech, Product, and external partners.
  • Support internal communications, crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Champion employee engagement, recognising its role in driving strategy and culture.
  • Manage multiple priorities under pressure, maintaining focus and organisation.
  • Ensure quality and consistency, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bring relevant experience, ideally in communications and events within fashion, tech, or online retail.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That's why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3-4 days a week in the office. It's a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.

Qualifications

About You

  • Passion for internal communications and events, with a belief in their power to drive strategy and shape culture.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, able to craft content that informs, inspires, and brings internal comms to life.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities, staying organised and calm under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, thriving in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • Strong relationship builder, collaborating across teams like Marketing, Product, Tech, and with external partners.
  • Confident influencer and collaborator, able to get things done through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Relevant experience in communications and events, ideally within fashion, tech, or online retail.
  • Digitally savvy, with a strong grasp of how communications and events can work together for greater impact.
  • Creative mindset and visual eye, confident in briefing and delivering standout internal experiences.
