A global professional body with more than 22,000 members worldwide is seeking an Events Co-ordinator to join its industry-leading Events team.

Overview

You'll support the delivery of high-quality events and CPD activities, ensuring they meet member needs and organisational standards. Working within a friendly team of experienced events professionals, you'll help deliver a varied programme of webinars, conferences, and international events, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the annual virtual events programme and support in-person events
  • Create detailed event plans and coordinate timelines across departments
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and sponsors
  • Build and manage events on Cvent (or similar) and coordinate Zoom webinars

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in an events role
  • Virtual event experience
  • Strong systems skills — Cvent or similar (essential), Zoom Webinars (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisation, communication, administration, and customer service skills
