A global professional body with more than 22,000 members worldwide is seeking an Events Co-ordinator to join its industry-leading Events team.
Overview
You'll support the delivery of high-quality events and CPD activities, ensuring they meet member needs and organisational standards. Working within a friendly team of experienced events professionals, you'll help deliver a varied programme of webinars, conferences, and international events, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the annual virtual events programme and support in-person events
- Create detailed event plans and coordinate timelines across departments
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and sponsors
- Build and manage events on Cvent (or similar) and coordinate Zoom webinars
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in an events role
- Virtual event experience
- Strong systems skills — Cvent or similar (essential), Zoom Webinars (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisation, communication, administration, and customer service skills
