Event Coordinator

Are you a highly organised and energetic professional who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments? We're seeking a dedicated Event Coordinator to join our London-based team and play a key role in the planning and delivery of live events and activations.
In this position, you'll be involved in every stage of the event process — from initial planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-event reporting. You'll collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly, meets its objectives, and delivers an outstanding experience.
TasksKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of live events and activations.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and contractors to manage logistics and operational requirements.
- Assist in developing event timelines, checklists, and documentation.
- Oversee on-site setup, event flow, and debrief processes.
- Support the preparation of materials, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
- Manage administrative tasks such as bookings, tracking budgets, and processing feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a professional and proactive attitude.
Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
Previous experience in event coordination, operations, or project support is desirable.
Comfortable liaising with clients, partners, and suppliers at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general project administration tools.
Willing to work flexible hours when required during live events.
