Agrii are looking to employ a Receptionist on a 0 hour contract, for our Throws Farm site.

Agrii is a leading provider of agronomy services, committed to delivering innovative solutions to the agricultural sector.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors attending our Throws Farm Site.

The receptionist’s administrative support will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations across our organization, and will come with the following responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and taking messages promptly.
- Handling deliveries/post with efficiency and accuracy.
- Managing gate, front door and general access to maintain security.
- Coordinating shipments through various courier services.
- Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with meeting preparations.
- Issuing access fobs and completing necessary paperwork for new starters and visitors.
- Handling invoicing and updating systems.
- Managing purchase orders and procurement tasks.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Providing administrative support such as printing, binding, and other tasks as required.

This is a fixed-term, 0 hour contract position.
