**Customer Service Coordinator**
Pertemps are recruiting for a permanent full time Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of long-standing clients in Halesfield Telford. The successful applicant will be joining the fulfilment team working alongside supply only and installation customer services teams and external suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service who has a confident telephone manner and can deliver and handle on customer orders POD retrieval, delivery progression, general customer queries on orders and invoices.
**Job role**:

- Handle customer service tasks within a busy environment, from reviewing customer orders, POD retrieval, delivery progression, general customer queries on orders or invoices- Learn and understand how to recognise when customer’s orders and product codes don’t present correctly and initiate a conversation with whoever supplied the order so it can be rectified before processing to ensure the success of the customer’s order.- Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly.- Comfortable using a broad range of communication styles and chooses the most effective way to communicate in various situations, clearly and accurately in a respectful tone and manner.- Multi-tasking, being able to handle multiple customer orders and queries in progress whilst working on new incoming orders.-
- Accuracy and adherence to policy when handling customer orders and queries.- Update and retrieve information on a variety of customer portals and platforms.**Essential**:

- Basic working knowledge of SAP- Excellent data entry skills- Minimum A-C grade Maths and English- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office- Confident Telephone manner, polite and confident**Salary**: £24,000 per annum
**Hours**:

- Monday-Friday 09:00-5:00 Friday 09:00-04:30- 25 days holiday with 3 or 4 reserved for Christmas break (depending how it falls)- All BH’s off- ½ an hour lunch breaks each dayIf you are interested in the vacancy, please click to
