**Role**:Marketing Director

**Salary**:£75,000 - £80,000 + Shares

My client is a rapidly growing technology/SaaS organisation offering a unique portfolio of services to the Built Environment and Architectural sectors across the UK. To continue their stellar growth, they are recruiting for a Marketing Director who willdevise, launch and execute the 'go to market’ proposition for a new solution they have recently developed.

**The Role**:

- Effectively set up the Marketing function from scratch encompassing systems and processes
- Full responsibility for the marketing function providing on-going strategic and functional leadership to a small team with a clear mandate for growth
- Create compelling demand campaigns and build an effective lead engine, in order to provide a stream of qualified leads for the business to convert into new clients
- Managing the investment agenda, working with the CEO to determine new investment channels
- Increasing general brand awareness and market share
- A hands-on leader with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, technology driven environment
- Ambitious and able to develop their career further within a high growth organisation
- A deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing and the latest trends in digital advertising
- Any experience within or supporting the built environment / infrastructure industry would be highly desirable, but not essential for success in the role.
