Expertise Customer Service and Internal Sales background - Has successfully led a team of circa 10-12 FTE during a time of transformation for an extensive period of time - Can make decisions in challenging circumstances in a clear and concise way. - Identifies the "bigger picture" and acts on opportunities to improve tools, skills, systems, and processes. - Can evaluate management information and base decisions on findings - Understands the HR policies and processes - Can undertake regular management meetings to ensure resources are driving performance. This includes Coaching, 121s and Team Meetings to promote best practice. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
