**Job Description**:
Behaviour Mentor - Central Birmingham - Key Stage 2
Do you have experience supporting children with SEMH needs? Are you looking for a Behaviour Mentor role within Key Stage 2? This dynamic Alternative Provision is looking to add a Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor to support a Key Stage 2 child who requires 1-2-1 support.
Job Role:
- Supporting on a 1-2-1 basis within small classes of KS children with SEMH needs- Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs- Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant- Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils- Breaking down barriers to communication and managing behavioursIn return you will enjoy:
