** £350 - £425 per week
The Behaviour Mentor:
For this Behaviour Mentor role, you must be a Behaviour Mentor with extensive experience working with children with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs. A Level 3 Behaviour Mentor qualification is preferrable, but not essential. You should have excellent communicationskills and be passionate about ensuring the pupils you are working with make progress, not only academically, but in their wellbeing and personal development.
The Behaviour Mentor Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be assisting teaching staff with delivering lessons to pupils in KS1 and KS2. You will need to differentiate your approach to class work depending on the level of ability of the pupil you are working with. You will also be providingessential intervention support to pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, both for learning and wellbeing support.
