AS a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for keeping this student engaged with lessons, providing 1-2-1 intervention sessions and managing behaviours. You will be joining an outstanding team of experienced mentors who are dedicatedto making a difference. Staff are friendly and you will feel as part of the team from day one. This school has a fantastic track record of helping students to reengage with education and transition back to mainstream school.
**Job Role**:
- Supporting challenging behaviours in small classes of KS3 & KS4 students
- Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant
- Acting as a positive role model for students
- Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours
- Helping students to reengage with education
