** Behaviour Mentor
** Full-time role, until the end of the academic year
** Ofsted ‘Good’ primary school in North Birmingham
** Behaviour Mentor role, starting immediately
** £75 - £90 per day
The Behaviour Mentor Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be providing 1:1 support for a pupil in KS2 with additional needs. The pupil struggles with emotional regulation, so you will be managing challenging behaviour and minimising disruptions. The priority is ensuring the wellbeing of the pupil and the rest of the class, providing a high level of pastoral support and emotional coaching. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will also support the pupil in the classroom with their work, differentiating learning materials to ensure they suit the needs and level of ability of the pupil you are working with.
