We are recruiting for a Pathology Administrator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

Duties for this role include organising meetings, staff training, diary keeping, and liaising with technical staff. In addition this person would be involved with audits within Pathology and assisting with documentation for external quality reviews.

Sorting and distributing on incoming and outgoing mail to the relevant department

Responsible for diary management for the Pathology library including internal and external meeting room bookings and resolving any conflicting schedules

**Take minutes and use audio typing for**: Pathology communications meetings and any other pathology meetings as required.

Distributes meeting agendas and minutes to appropriate staff
