**Hub Box will be opening restaurant number 12 in Dorchester.**

Located in Brewery Square, Hub Box will bring its fresh burger-led, street food-style menu to Dorchester. Passionate about sticking to their Cornish roots, and local suppliers, Hub Box are renowned for being fresh-thinkers and straight talkers, so when they say there’s something on the menu for everyone, there really is. Whether you’re a meat-eater, vegan, veggie, or gluten-free, they’ve got you covered.

Serving up award-winning burgers and crafted drinks, Hub Box is a laid-back place to meet and eat. Prime cut or plant-based, for us it’s all about tasty food done the right way, making good times mean good.

Life on the coast has schooled us in fresh thinking and straight-talking. Which means giving a sh*t about the fries on our plates, and the farmer supplying our potatoes. Staying loyal to the producers who think as we do, supporting our team in high season and low, caring where we source our electricity and reducing how much waste we send to landfill. Supporting the General Manager to lead and develop a commercially successful Hub Box restaurant through a focus on exceptionally high standards of food, service, compliance, and people

- Share of service charge (Currently averaging £2.50phr) & Share of tips

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.00-£9.50 per hour
