**About the Role**:
We are excited to welcome a dynamic and motivated **Spa Supervisor** to Hidden Oaks. As a member of our weekend team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our spa facilities while delivering exceptional service to our guests. You contribution will uphold the high standards and welcoming atmosphere our spa is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Opening and Closing Duties**:

- Oversee and execute the opening and closing of the spa facilities.
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure all areas are ready for guests at the start of the day and secured at the end of the day.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel relaxed and valued.
- Serve refreshments from our fully stocked bar with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Handle guest enquiries and special requests promptly and courteously.
- **Facility Management**:

- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the spa facilities throughout the day, including resetting the spa and pool area between bookings
- Monitor spa equipment and amenities, ensuring they are fully operational and well-stocked.
- **Laundry and Upkeep**:

- Oversee the daily laundry cycle, ensuring fresh towels and robes are always available for guests.
- Manage stock levels for spa essentials, coordinating orders as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with therapists, venue manager and other team members to create a seamless guest experience.
- Step in to assist with tasks as required, maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality, spa, or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members.
- A passion for creating a welcoming and luxurious environment.
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts and usually available on Sundays.
- Over 18 years old (due to bar work).

We can offer an hourly rate of £12.50 including holiday pay.
