Modern coffee house seeks enthusiastic and highly organised Supervisor to guide the team in delivering a 5-star experience for our guests.

**The main duties of the role will be**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the team on shift are clear of their responsibilities
- Supervise the set up and clean down of each service
- Planning rotas, schedules and holidays are planned according to business needs
- Mentor and train the team including one to one with new starters
- Take the lead with guest interaction
- Daily stock management with a focus on budgets
- Identify areas of improvement
- Maintain communication with management to ensuring Department Excellence is implemented and required Food Safety compliance is adhered to.

**Availability**:
The position is **part time offering 24 hours a week** and covers an operation which is open 7 days a week. Full flexibility to cover weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.

**Salary**:
Salary will depend on experience in a similar role and will be discussed at interview.
