We are searching for a Breakfast Supervisor to lead the restaurant breakfast service at The Tickled Trout.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be given autonomy to lead your own team, and as such the right person will be someone whose priority is always people, whether it's guests or colleagues, and who understands that people are the key to success.
The successful applicant will have had previous experience in a similar role, or some strong experience in a good quality restaurant.
The role will involve working weekends due to the nature of the operation.
As Breakfast Supervisor you will:
- Take ownership of the daily breakfast service
- Take care of a team of people, ensuring they are happy and motivated
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Ensure that all guests receive outstanding service during breakfast and lunch
- Take on the responsibility that comes with being a key part of the Food & Beverage supervisory team
- Have a collaborative approach to working with other departments
- Maintain all relevant KPIs and standards
