Our Reverse Logistics operation is based within our impressive Clifton Moor distribution facility serving customers throughout the UK and mainland Europe. The role will oversee the entire returns process for a wide variety of musical products.

**Who you are**

Our ideal applicant will be able to use their own initiative whilst handling our products. You will show care and attention to all equipment. As the work is in a busy warehouse environment there will be a requirement at times to stand for long periods of time and manual handling.

**What you will do**

You will identify faults in items that have been returned to the warehouse by our customers. You will then process these depending on your findings.

**What your skill set may look like**
- The ability to identify faults in musical instruments and Equipment
- Basic knowledge of musical instruments and equipment
- Good Communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail
