**Your part in the performance**

We are currently recruiting a talented, passionate and professional Returns Administration Assistant to join our Returns team at our Clifton Moor site.

This is a flexible and diverse role where you would be required to manage a daily rolling inbox, communicate with suppliers and problem solve for our Returns Operatives across multiple hubs.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a similar role in a Warehouse or have a background in Administration. Ideally you will either have worked in the musical industry before or have knowledge of musical instruments and/or products, but this can be in anything from playing the bass in a rock band to being first violinist in an orchestra or being a part time DJ.

**Your day to day will include**:

- Maintain excellent communication with suppliers
- Oversee the management of a rolling inbox
- Ensure accurate stock management, including online product listings
- Coordinate both domestic and international shipments
- Assist with stock checks when needed
- Collaborate closely with various departments
- Process payments and handle other administrative tasks

**Your Skills and Experience: What We're Looking For**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer tools
- Reliable, with a focus on excellent service
- Passionate about music or have a strong appreciation for musical instruments
- A team player who can work independently when needed
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and willingness to support other teams
- Knowledge of musical instruments and equipment is a strong plus
- Service-driven and customer-oriented approach
- Enthusiastic and dependable
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks when required
