Our Reverse Logistics operation is based within our impressive Clifton Moor distribution facility serving customers throughout the UK and mainland Europe. We are currently recruiting for a talented, passionate and professional Returns Administration Assistant to join our Returns team.
**Who you are**
Our ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude Ideally you will have experience of working within a similar role in a Warehouse or have a background in Administration. Work experience within the music instrument industry would be advantageous but not essential.
**What you will do**
This is a flexible and diverse role where you would be required to manage a daily rolling inbox and problem solve for our Returns Operatives across multiple hubs.
Day to Day Duties will include
- Management of a rolling inbox
- Stock management including web listings
- Flexibility to help with stock checks
- Supplier communication
- Working close with other departments
**What your skill set may look like**
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well with colleagues within the department
- A team player who is self-motivated and can work independently
- Experience in Microsoft products including Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Customer-orientated and service driven
- Enthusiastic and reliable with a ‘can do’ approach to work
- You will be required to demonstrate manual handling skills
