To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated **Personal Lines Account Handler** to join our dynamic team in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. As one of our Personal Lines Account Handlers, you’ll be right at the forefront of helping us deliver this mission by acting as vital support for our clients and insurer partners.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Minimum of 2 Years Personal Lines Insurance Experience.
- Strong Technical Knowledge in relation to general home insurance.
- Good Technical Knowledge in relation to general car including classics, vans and travel insurance.
- Knowledge of Thatched Home insurance will be an advantage but training will be provided if limited.
- Good telephone skills.
- Confident in using Outlook, Word, Excel

**Using these skills, you’ll be**:

- Maintaining and overseeing all aspects of an existing book of personal lines business in the region of £300,000.00 written premium spread over approximately 550 policies per annum.
- Identifying and capitalizing on potential cross sell/up sell opportunities.
- Ensuring prompt payment of premiums are received along with ensuring finance agreements are processed and active.
