Personal Lines Account Handler

We’re NFP, an Aon Company, and we provide services and solutions to support businesses and people. We have capabilities that extend around the globe, including here in the UK, Ireland, EMEA, APAC and North America. It’s a time of rapid growth for the European arm of the business, so we are looking for someone to work on the handling of Mid Net Worth & High Net Worth policies and retain and provide a service to existing customers.
About the role
We are recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Handler to work on the handling of Mid Net Worth & High Net Worth policies and retain and provide a service to existing customers.
Overview of duties
Maintain a professional image of self and the Group to all customers and insurers
Identify and understand the customers needs and business
Build relationships with customers and provide an ongoing service
Complete and offer all renewals within the FCA guidelines
Complete and process all new business and transfer new business within the FCA guidelines
Completion of tasks in a timely manner
Ensure that all compliance responsibilities are recorded and reported as required
Build own technical knowledge to achieve/maintain competence and maintain own training records
