**Position Overview**:
As the Head of Media (Property Division), you will lead our dynamic and established media team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance the team's operations, ensuring the successful execution of our core initiative: providing estate agents with professionally designed, cost-free brochures funded by advertising revenue. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with estate agents and local businesses, driving revenue, and delivering high-quality marketing materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Manage, inspire, and develop the media team to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of motivation and productivity.
- Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback to ensure individual and team success.

**Client Engagement**:

- Build and nurture relationships with estate agents, ensuring they understand and benefit from our free brochure offering.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex client queries or concerns.

**Advertising Revenue Generation**:

- Collaborate with the team to identify and approach local, relevant businesses to advertise in the brochures.
- Develop strategies to maximise advertising revenue while maintaining high-quality content standards.

**Project Oversight**:

- Oversee the creation and delivery of professionally designed brochures, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Monitor and optimise workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Strategic Input**:

- Contribute to the development of the Property Division’s broader business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our brochure and advertising offerings.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in media, advertising, or marketing, preferably within the property sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and project management skills.
