_Digital Design & Marketing Executive _
**About us**

SECOND CHANCE are one of the largest wholesale sports goods suppliers in EMEA. Specialising in golf, cycling, fishing and connected sports technology. We offer end-to-end solutions for bringing sports brands to market. From contract and margin negotiations, to warehouse logistics and distribution, through to product sales and marketing channels. Our team connect brands to leading retailers, schools and institutions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The network currently includes over 7,500 retailers.

We are looking for a Digital Content Creator who will assist with all aspects of our marketing activities. You will liaise with our Marketing Co-ordinator & Head of Design to plan and activate marketing activities across all channels for our numerous sports & tech brands.

Second Chance Ltd are a global sports & technology distributor specialising in golf, cycling, fishing & fitness equipment & accessories.

**_Main responsibilities: _**
- Conceptualise & create regular content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to aid the growth of the business
- Stay up to date on social trends (TikTok key) and act fast to create content in line with these trends
- Experience with Photoshop essential
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to different brands and channels
- Organised, self-starter that shows initiative, confidence, and creativity in their ideas
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail
- Help the social media team to ensure social media brand guidelines and KPIs are met
- Liaise with the e-commerce team to ensure KPIs are met
- Monitor sports, technology and social media trends
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns

**_Skills and Abilities: _**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and tenacious attitude with natural use of initiative
- Eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Passionate about digital marketing
- Understands SEO friendly strategies and tools
- Willingness to immerse yourself in campaigns
- Decent level of design experience
- Be proficient in social media, both designing and producing copy
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

**_Experience in: _**

Adobe Photoshop - Essential

Adobe Illustrator - Desirable

Adobe Indesign - Desirable but not essential

At least 1 year Marketing experience or study - Desirable

At least 1 year Digital Design experience or study - Desirable

A knowledge and understanding of golf - Desirable

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
