We are a family run online retail business based in Blackpool, Lancashire. We sell across 15 different online sales channels including supplying multiple large multi-national retailers. We sell products we think our customers will love, at an affordable price with fast, efficient delivery. We're always seeking to improve in everything we do.

**Job Outline**
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is skilled and experienced in a range of content creation such as Graphic Design, Video Filming & Editing, Amazon Enhanced Brand Content, TikTok Live etc. The role will involve working with our in house photographer and content / listing team to create, enhance and promote products on several different online sales channels.

**Working Hours**:
The job is full time Monday - Friday 8am or 9am to 4pm.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Create professional looking and accurate graphics to enhance online product sales listings
- Working with our in house photographer, shoot and edit a range of promotional and instructional videos for products
- Create and update designs for product packaging and assembly instructions
- Create short video posts to promote products on TikTok and similar
- Ensure our products are accurately listed and described on all sales channels
- Maintain good working relationships and communication with other members of staff
- Identify and prioritize workloads according to the maximum benefit to the business
- Update the company wiki with any changes to details, processes or systems

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a portfolio of work you can demonstrate.
- Strong knowledge of video production and editing techniques, again with examples that you can demonstrate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
