We're looking for a creative, confident, and high-energy Digital Marketing Executive to join the Pleasure Beach Resort marketing team.

You'll work with our marketing team to drive sales and brand engagement across our digital channels, creating scroll-stopping social content and email campaigns. You'll be capturing the thrills, laughter, and unforgettable moments that make Pleasure Beach Resort one of the UK's most iconic attractions.

Main Responsibilities and Key Results Areas

  • Plan, create and publish engaging organic social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

  • Be a true brand ambassador, living and breathing the energy, fun and excitement of Pleasure Beach in everything you do.
  • Capture and edit video content (short-form and long-form), everything from trending TikTok's to ride POVs, podcasts and behind-the-scenes.
  • Design and send creative, value-driven email campaigns that entertain, inform and drive sales.
  • Spot and adapt social media trends quickly and creatively to suit the Pleasure Beach brand.
  • Work with influencers, content creators, our fan club and season pass holders to build genuine community engagement both online and in person.
  • Update and maintain website content in WordPress, ensuring pages and offers are always up to date.
  • Support wider marketing activity, we're one big team.
  • Provide topline reports on engagement and performance to help shape ongoing content strategy.
  • Occasional weekend and evening work required during special events to create content.

Experience

  • A creative self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for digital marketing.
  • Confident both behind and in front of the camera, you're comfortable appearing in content and representing the brand online.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and what makes great content for each.
  • Some experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut (or similar). Knowledge of Photoshop or Premiere Pro is a plus, but training can be provided.
  • Good copywriting skills and a natural sense of humour, tone, and storytelling.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in a similar digital, marketing, or social media role is desirable, but enthusiasm and creativity are even more important.
