Are you a dedicated and passionate individual with experience working with children and young people in a classroom setting? Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students? If so, we have the perfect position for you as an **SEMH TA in Fareham**.

As an SEMH TA, you will be working with students **aged 7 to 16** who have social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your role will involve providing **1:1 support** to students, helping them to manage their emotions and behaviour, and supporting them with their academic work. You will need to have previous classroom-based experience, be punctual and reliable, and have a genuine desire to work in the education sector on a long-term basis. **Experience **working 1:1 with pupils or vulnerable people who have SEMH is essential for this role.
