Overview
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a brand new, residential youth clinic which aims to support teenagers to help them overcome mental health and associated high-risk behaviours. The providers offer unique support, being the only service in the UK which offers their personalised, 10-week treatment programme, which enables children to take their first steps towards recovery, and covers diagnoses such as anxiety and panic disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, OCD, substance misuse and PTSD, among many other conditions.
In order to help the youth clinic in its provision of unique support, we are working in partnership to headhunt for a Mental Health Coach to join their experienced multidisciplinary team of highly qualified healthcare professionals, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Family Therapists, Eating Disorder Therapists, Dieticians, Addiction Therapists, Art and Music Therapists, Sports Coaches and Educationalists.

Location
This private Mental Health Youth Clinic is located near Fareham, Hampshire and is commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth, Shaftesbury, Warminster, Swindon, Reading, Guildford, Petersfield and other surrounding areas and towns.

Desired Criteria
- Experience of working within a mental health / challenging behaviour setting, especially community-based
- Experience in a CAMHS setting
- Passion for helping individuals with a Mental Health diagnosis
- Exceptional communicator, organiser, and computer literate
- Clear DBS

Shift Pattern
As a full-time, permanent Mental Health Coach, you will be working on an alternating rota.

Interview Process
This will be a one-stage process carried out in person with the Clinical Director and HR Advisor at the clinic. The interview will most likely be competency-based, with a focus on your previous experience working in a Mental Health setting, as well as a walkaround of the site.

Salary and Benefits
This Mental Health Coach position pays between £35,000 and £40,000, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
