- Understand the importance of assisting and meeting the personal/emotional needs of individual children including changing nappies, feeding, caring and establishing secure relationships with children where every child to feels secure, happy, respected and valued.
- Are happy to help with maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the nursery, ensure the setting is well presented and safe each day.
- Are committed to retaining confidentiality at all times.
- Are committed to attending team meetings and actively contributing relevant ideas.
- Have an outgoing, motivated and positive attitude.
- Are punctual reliable and able to work flexible hours to suit the changing needs of the nurseries. The setting is open within the hours of 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday and there is occasional weekend work such as staff meetings and parent partnership events.
