Early Years Nursery Practitioner

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in line with early years frameworks.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering positive relationships to support children's well-being.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and nursery procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
**Qualifications**
- A UK recognised L2 or L3 or above childcare qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a UK nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,039.00 per year
