We have an exciting new job role available in our Lender Panel Team as a **Lender Panel Administration Assistant** in our **Peterborough** office.

The role of the **Lender Panel Administration Assistant **is to monitor the Post Completion processes at Taylor Rose MW, by completing regular reports and assessing data.
This role involves but is not limited to:
Allocating mortgage offers to fee earners on LMS
Chasing updates on LMS and lender exchange
Adding fee earners and users to Lender Exchange and LMS
Monitoring central inboxes
Organising group inbox.
Documenting common issues.
Preparing basic reports based on analysis and present to Management
General administrative duties as required
**Requirements**:
Conveyancing knowledge and understanding of the post completion process
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Confident and professional at verbal and written communication
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to take ownership and resolve issues

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
