We are looking to strengthen our current working practices at our Hereford Office and are currently recruiting to enable this.
This role is could be full or part-time. We would work with some fixed and flexible hours to suit both the employee and the day-to-day requirements of the business.
The role will assists the Senior Team and our delivery partners. This dynamic role will encompass a number of tasks that will change daily, adding variety, these may include:
- Managing diaries for Team members
- Speaking with customers or responding to their queries and questions.
- Onboarding new contracts
- Sales invoicing
- General office & administrative duties
- Creating & managing documents, spreadsheets, programmes, etc
We need someone with an excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. a confident and friendly manner, excellent organisational skills, great IT skills and a problem solver.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Graduate, Volunteer, Internship
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
