**About us**

We are long established supplier to the giftware and garden centre trade, known in particular for our wrought iron garden products and traditional festive decorations.

This job role includes a varied amount of administration, primarily supporting the Dropship Manager in day-to-day tasks including:

- Processing direct dispatch orders
- Liaising with the sales team and warehouse staff to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time
- Managing the day-to-day administration of online/direct dispatch accounts
- Providing online/direct dispatch accounts with up-to-date and correct product information
- Going into the warehouse and checking on products
- Assisting with keeping product data on our database correct and up-to-date
- Supporting the Logistics Manager/Festive buyer and Online Sales Manager with administrative tasks
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration of the office
- Liaising with couriers, and sending out orders when necessary
- Assisting with our goal to provide the best customer experience possible.

**Skills required**:

- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

- Excellent organisational skills including time-management and multi-tasking.
- Consistency and reliability
- Drivers licence is an added bonus
- Happy to go into the warehouse and roll up sleeves if required, e.g. a backlog of orders and not enough warehouse staff.

**Benefits**:

- Ability to work hours that suit you, pro rata
- Office hours 8.30am-4.30pm, with optional ‘Friday working hours’ if desired (half day on Friday, more information available on request). This job could equally be 9:30am to 2:30pm, or hours that suit you. No weekends or evenings required.

**Salary**: £18,992.40-£25,862.40 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
