**Business Assistant - Summer Job**

We are looking for someone to support the business across operations & possibly sales/marketing and other functions - we’re growing quickly and have various projects going on over summer and require short term support to the business.

The role would suit someone who would like a varied role, gaining an understanding of various functions within a business and to grow general business and/or retail and eCommerce experience.

The role would be part warehouse/stock room and also office based where suitable, with the potential to support one or various business functions such as - fulfilment, customer service, eCommerce, sales, finance, buying, merchandising or marketing.

One or two roles are available on a flexible basis - hours negotiable 16-32 hours per week. Please note the role can be adapted to suit your passions, for example buying support work is possible if this was of interest but isn’t a necessity to support. All work would be at an introductory level. Fixed term contract to August or September.

We are based in Malton and easily accessible by the bus route, too (coastliner). Otherwise free parking.

Rebecca Udall is a fast growing luxury homeware eCommerce brand founded in 2018. We specialise in fine European linens (bed, bath & table) as well as offering a wider range of artisan and heritage homeware. We ship worldwide to consumers, interior designers and B2B.

**THE TEAM**

We are a friendly, supportive team and are looking for someone with a positive outlook and enthusiastic.

**THE ROLE**

Full training would be provided, however previous business experience whether in an office, retail or higher education would be advantageous.
- Supporting the stock room & warehouse to prepare and fulfil orders
- Ad-hoc project support
- 16-32 hours a week, fixed term contract to August or September. Immediate start available

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: From £9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
